About the Fabric:
Our fabric is woven from the finest satin fibers, and has a wonderful, luxuriously light and silky-smooth silk feeling. We only use the finest Italian and Spanish inks to make our prints.
Cool hand wash or machine wash at 30°C (86°F)
Lie flat to dry
Do not bleach
Do not tumble dry
Hang to remove wrinkles, or iron on very low heat using a light cloth between the fabric & iron to avoid burning the fabric

How can I cancel or amend my order?

If you wish to cancel or amend your order please email, quoting your order number, as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes requested; however, once an order has been processed we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or amended

When will my order be processed?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. However, please note that during busy periods such as new launches and sales, dispatch may take up to 10 extra business days. We’re working as fast as possible to get your order out ASAP.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Maestro, Paypal, Paypal Credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Does TAG ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping via DHL

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. Using the tracking number and link provided in this email you will be able to track your order

Return and exchange policy?

We hope you will love your TAG as much as we do, but if you for whatever reason would like to return your order, we are of course more than happy to assist you.​ ​

​Returns must be made within 14 business days from the date of delivery. All the returned items must be in the original packaging in an unworn condition with the tags attached.​​ ​ ​ ​
Please note that we unfortunately do not cover the shipping costs for return.

We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item here for a refund and place a new order

How do I return my TAG?

You’ll be given access to our returns portal where you can login and select the item(s) that wasn't the right match.
In the return portal you’ll receive the address of our warehouse where you can send your return package to. Please keep in mind that we do not cover the costs for returns that are returned for a refund or exchanged for another style or size.
Please pack the returned products back into the original packaging by simply tearing off the used sticky strip and close it with the second sticky strip.
Next, simply stick the shipping and address label onto the outside of the package and send it back to us..

What is the packaging of my order?

All That Ara Girl pajamas & robes are wrapped in tissue paper in a signature branded box that is perfect for gift giving.
